Some classes are not scheduled (see the dojo schedule) due to instructors are attending out of dojo Aikido events.
There could be also exceptional situations when class is cancelled due to another reason.
If the not scheduled/cancelled class falls on the day when your membership class is scheduled (excluding unlimited membership),
you are welcome to come for the class on another day or pay for the prorated fee for the next month.
Please contact the dojo-cho and let us know of your choice as soon as possible.
The classes for the following days may not be scheduled and are not compensated:
Federal and observed holidays
Friday after Thanksgiving
Classes that fall on last 7 days of the year before New Year
There will be no refunds for the missed classes due to student no-show up.
